Data retention
How long we keep scan evidence, account history, and monitoring alerts.
Anonymous scans
Scans submitted without signing in are retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Access is via the scan link only.
Signed-in accounts (by tier)
• Free: scan history while account is active; preview results only
• Starter: 30-day scan history; full findings and PDF while subscribed
• Pro / Agency: extended history per plan; PDFs and monitoring data retained while subscribed
Account deletion
Contact privacy@consentsignals.com to request deletion. We remove scan data and account records within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.
Monitoring agent alerts
Agent alert events are retained for 90 days for drift analysis, then aggregated or deleted.
Contractual retention
This page describes product behaviour. Contractual retention for paid customers is defined in the Data Processing Agreement (/dpa).
